***DO NOT BUY THESE PENS!!!!*** While I normally take negative reviews with a grain of salt and have never left a public review, I feel compelled to warn others that these are absolute junk. They feel good to the grip, but right out of the mailbox/package, only 1 out of 5 pens worked at all, and even then, it's not a very smooth flowing ink so you have to work harder at it than most gel pens I've used. So the feel is good, quality is absolute crap. I'm not even bothering to return these because it's not worth the toner ink to print the return label, my time to drop off at UPS, and I don't want them to turn around and ship these pieces of junk to some other unsuspecting sap.

Just what I was looking for but the ink runs out pretty quickly. Otherwise they are a great size for arthritic fingers.

These are cute and comfy to hold BUT they didn't have a lot of ink in them and you could see thst by looking at them. I burned through all of these pens in like 2 weeks. Disappointed!!

Sprained a finger on my right hand making it impossible to write with a skinny pen. These are easy to grip and made signing documents much easier. They come with a lanyard that will go around your neck but you have to pull the lanyard over your head to use the pen as it does not separate from the pen easily.

Got them for a gift for my boss who writes a lot and always asks for a forearm massage (I'm an O.T.) I haven't given him as many massages so I'm pretty sure they are working great. Also he always wears it around his neck, a feature that I thought was going to be inconvenient, but is a total win!

I have psoriatic arthritis and these pens have made a big difference. Easy to hold and the ink flows easily so I don't need to exert much pressure to write. Didn't find the lanyard so useful as its a bit fiddly to unclip the pen, but there's no danger of losing these massive, orange pens!!

purchased for a friend with hand fatigue issues, with them being big and chunkly yet still lightweight she seems to be able to write longer with less pain. the lanyard is a nice bonus, and the green color is a nice cheery pop of color on her desk
