Your sheets are not 100% made in usa; fabric from china??

You are correct. We spend anywhere from an hour to two and a half hours hand sewing in our cinching sheets design and hand stringing in both braided and cord elastics into our sheets. It takes even more USA seamstress labor from our small shop to sew in our jersey material and flex square reinforcement to make this size sheet - Split Flex Top King - that does't rip in the stress center like other sheet designs and fits snug. Enjoy!

Yes! Just pull the cording out of the sheet until it's as tight as you like it and then lock it in place. You can trim some of the excess cording before tucking in the storage pocket but be sure to leave enough excess cording so you can loosen the sheet to easily un-make the bed and to make the bed! Enjoy!
