Sorely disappointed, literally
Let me start with the fact that this is NOT my first kneeling chair. I had one I bought back in 2000 and used for years, but it had no backrest, and that became an issue. This one looked sharp, like my Eames lounger, a bit, and the base looked more appealing than the rectangular style. Let me say that was a mistake. No way to sit where my ankles weren't sitting on the legs, ouch. Add to that, nothing went together straight; look at the other reviewer's picture, theirs are crooked too, I should have noticed. The angle of the knee pad doesn't change, so when you adjust the seat, you move relative to the knee pads, which rotate (seemed like a good idea) but that eliminates stability. Think of kneeling on a cinder block vs kneeling on a basketball. Add to that the whole thing is wobbly, no way it's rated for 250, it even says 200 in bold letters on the instructions. My 195lb self had it bobbing and swaying just by breathing. The best part about this is that it went together in like 5 minutes and came apart in about the same amount of time.

Knees are sore after 6 hour day using this
Not sure if I'll get used to it, but even with the seat as flat as it will go, there is so much pressure on my knees when I lean forward enough to type that my knees are pretty sore after using this for a 6-hour workday. The picture included is after 2 hours use the second day using it.I'm 5'1" and the knee pads are pretty far forward for me so that may be part of the problem. I have to move more toward the edge of the seat and there's no adjustment to bring the knee pads closer in. I can, however sit further back and place my feet on the bottom bars and this allows me to just barely use the knee pads, but it's easy to find myself sliding forward as I focus on my work until I snap out of focus and realize my knees and shins are aching and red. This is the only kneeling chair I've tried, so I have nothing to compare to, but it was easy enough to assemble, looks nice and I like that I can place my feet on the knee pads and sit back since it has a back on it.I got it because the seat itself adjusts, unlike most other models, so if that's important to you...It was the only model I could find that has a back and allows the seat to adjust tilt, so in that department it wins.

Paid for a New Chair, Received a Refurbished Chair
This "brand new" chair came to me with stripped holes and scratches all over the bars. Part of it was also partially assembled which further confirmed that this is a refurbished chair, which is disappointing considering I didn't order a "used" chair.Getting past the fact that I overpaid, the chair itself is decent for a kneeling chair. It's not as customizable as I had hoped, but it's not worth disassembled, repackaging and returning, so I'm keeping it.

Exactly what my daughter wanted
My college kid has really bad back problems from sports injuries. This was a special request. She loves it.

Impressive Office Chair
The Ergonomic Kneeling Chair with Back Support chair is excellent for my office. My lower hip had been hurting for a very long time since I have to sit for most of the day. This chair is excellent for avoiding putting pressure on my lower back and hips. This chair is very comfortable and helps my body heal from the old school chairs that cause so much discomfort. This is a great chair to have in your office especially if you are suffering from body aches. The chair is adjustable just like your regular office chairs. This chair is well made and heavy duty. The only drawback on this chair that it is not made for adults that are 5 ft 7 inches or shorter. I am 5ft 7 inches and the back support is about 2-3 inches from my back and there are no adjustments for moving the back support closer or farther to your back. The knee pads support is adjustable in 3 positions. I set the knee position to the shortest length and the back support is about 2-3 inches from my back. This chair does not support adults of 5 ft 7 inches or shorter. The back support is stationary (immovable) as far as front to back. The back support does tilt (up and down) but does not move frontwards or backwards.
