Is this supposed to be a paste or liquid? Mine arrived today and its super watery. Is that normal?

CFS is a semi solid paste that changes consistency based on the temperature. Below 50 degrees it's a thicker paste and above 50 degrees it is a thin liquid. This changing shampoo consistency does not change the efficacy of the formula, and is completely normal.

Is this product sulfate free?

No, the CitraFoam shampoo is sulfate free though
