went on vacation to Cancun. they didn't hold up well during our trip. one of the handles broke. One the lock would not work on our way back. there was another one that the zipper kept getting stuck and so we only unzipped to a certain point. We were able to make it home with no severe damage to our belongings however not sure if I will ever be able to use the luggage again.

over all decent for the price, I think. having never purchased or used hard, spinner wheeled luggage before so there could be worse luggage out there.with one trip with multiple plane changes, multiple hotel changes in a weeks time I must say that all pieces nearly survived 100% however, 2 issues did surface. not sure which was more annoying but the first one to happen was with the smallest case. it is the only one of the set that has a 2 piece handle and at the first deplaning the handle would no longer lock open or up. this didn't create a function problem other than remembering not to lean it but it pulled along just fine.the only other issue is with the largest case. when rolling it, even on hard very smooth surfaces, the wheels would spontaneously lock up sending the case tumbling over and me with it. this issue happened repeatedly throughout the entire time. because it is the largest, tallest case it is easier to push it along than to extend the handle and try to pull/drag. with this issue you can never be in a hurry unless you drag it all the time.

Crap luggage. Wheels busted and zipper busted after 4 plane rides. These are cheap and crappy luggage. We bought another set and they too broke. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. These are a cheap product! We purchased July 16, 2017. That's how crappy this luggage is.

I was really upset when I used my luggage for the first time on a trip to Jamaica and the biggest luggage handle just came off when I was pulling my bag in the airport. I was unable to handle it properly and would like it replaced or refunded.

Flimsy luggage. Airlines would have luggage broken on first trip.

Zip liner and lock not durable. Stitches of zip liner torn from sides I cannot use anymore since contents from the suitcase would fall or easy to steal
