Very useful
Ever since my husband got his Blackstone griddle he has added gizmos to use with it. This tells you the temp of your griddle in different spots . The scale helps make his smash burgers all the same size.

My stove top cooked popcorn comes out perfect Now! Correct cooking temperature is very important 360-370 f and every kernel pops, and nothing burns.I am finding other uses in the kitchen too, very useful handy little tool !
