You can always glue or tape the removable plates down if they are not secure enough, the antlion modmic is not that heavy

Yes, the "Arctis Nova Pro Wireless for Xbox" works on all devices. The only downside to this version is that one of your sources has to be an XBOX. Meaning, one USB port will only work with the XBOX. This is ok if you want to connect to XBOX and PC, XBOX and Switch, XBOX and PS5 etc. Although, they have a line-in so you can use the Switches headphone jack as an input at the same time. You can also use your phone this way at the same time as well as it having a dedicated phone BT feature that can be used as the same time as the USB sources. The other version doesn't support XBOX, but you can use any other device in any combination such as PS5 and Switch, PS5 and PC or PC and Switch etc.
