Fat Daddio'sRMP-5 Anodized Aluminum Small Ring Mold Pan, 5 x 2.25 inch, Silver

I used this mold to make a flan-like dessert. As part of this process, I had to place the mold on a stove burner and melt sugar in it. I was afraid this would damage the mold, but it held up beautifully. After use, when I washed it, it did not have any discoloration. It looks as clean as the day it arrived!

Good product. I thought it would be a little bigger *read descriptions* I did a trial cake and it was a little difficult to get out but still a good buy.

This worked perfectly for making donut-inspired cakes for my kids’ first birthdays. I was really impressed with how evenly they cooked.

For some reason I thought this pan was bigger than it was because I have another pan I use in my Instant Pot that holds much more. I'm not sure what I will be using this for but I was thinking maybe a meatloaf would be perfect or if I wanted to make a flan...

Didn’t use the pan so cannot speak to how well it bakes with. Unhappy with the quality. I’m very used to high quality Fat Daddios and this just doesn’t meet the bar. All my other pans are manufactured in Indonesia and for some reason this less superior quality pan is manufactured in China. Return is processing..
