A few weeks ago I started experiencing significant neck and shoulder pain. I decided the culprit was my old memory foam pillow. After trying several different replacements that didn't provide any relief, I thought I'd give this shredded foam pillow a shot. I'm glad I did.At this price point, I had very low expectations, and I'm happy to be surprised. This pillow is extremely comfortable, adjustable and suitably firm. If you want a very firm pillow, the included extra filling will get you there. My neck feels a lot better, which itself seems like an endorsement. As with all pillows of this type, there's a pretty strong smell from the foam when you first open it. It goes away after a few days.My only gripe is that the pillow gets a little warm. It doesn't dissipate heat as well as I had hoped. It's not extreme, just a minor annoyance.One last thing: I've only been sleeping on the pillow for about a week, so I've got no insight regarding long-term quality. That said, given the inclusion of additional filling, I'm confident it'll last least 18 months before it needs replacing. At this price, I'm fine with that.

Very good pillows. I am happy with the quality and it’s plumpness. I would give it five stars, except for the fact that it states that it’s cooling pillow and it does not seem to stay cool. The pillow is very cool when you first Lay on it, but it does seem to trap the warmth of your face against the pillow. To me not to the extreme as some of the other reviews, but somewhat. Pillow came saggy, needing to be fluffed. Put in dryer as per instructions. Says it takes I believe 12 to 24 hours to fully expand. I still had a few hours before bedtime. Let it sit that amount of time I gave it a try that night it was pretty decent. The next night it was pretty full it had puffed up Very well. I was thinking I was going to have to add some of the extra fill, but now I won’t have to. So, give it at least a day or two before you add any of the fill, unless you really like it firm. The pillow filling has a green tea scent. If you don’t know what the green tea scent is, you may want to try it somewhere first . I find it to be a pleasant scent. However, some reviews said that their pillows had a terrible odor or whatever. I don’t know if their pillow had a horrible odor that was some thing else but I don’t feel the green tea is horrible order, I think it is like a fresh, light, and clean scent and perfect for sleeping. Lavender is supposed to be a good scent for sleeping. However, I don’t like most of the lavenders. To me, it smells too much like weeds.

This is the best pillow I have ever had. I got this pillow to replace my old pillow that I had for years. My old pillow was a memory foam pillow that had cooling gel on one side. The cooling gel was getting worn out and was sticky to the touch. Every time I touched the cooling gel it would come apart. So I said no more pillows with the cooling gel. This pillow is perfect for me since I'm a side sleeper. It came compressed and was flat after I unwrapped it. The instructions say to wait 12 to 24 hours before using it but I didn't have to wait that long. I was able to use this pillow the day I got it. All I had to do is wait 8 hours. What I like about this pillow is I didn't have to remove or add any memory foam. Another thing to mention is this pillow comes with a pillow case that feels silky. Then another one to cover the case that holds the foam. They all have a zipper so when the cases need to be washed I can take the memory foam out and wash the cases. Or you can add or remove memory foam. To be on the safe side I'm using a pillow case over the one that came with this pillow to protect the others. The description says it smells like green tea. I don't think it's over powering either unless you put your face right into this pillow. The smell is not as strong as other pillows. I didn't smell it the one night I had this pillow. Since I didn't use any of the extra memory foam I'll have it as backup for when the memory foam wears out so I can replace it. I haven't gotten a good night's sleep in years until I got this pillow. If you're looking for a pillow then this is the pillow to get. You won't regret it.

Don’t waste your money. I have herniated c6-c7. It was okay until I used this pillow. Then my neck pain got much worse. I tried adjusting the foam stuff. Didn’t work. Tried sleeping different positions. Didn’t work. Like my money back for this uncomfortable pillow!!!Comfort:Not comfortable Neck pain:made it worse

I can't tell you how many pillows I've purchased in my life. I have spine problems and have a hard time finding something that works for me, and continues working for me. I bought this in a king for under/between my legs for low back support. Honestly I was skeptical about shredded memory foam as a pillow insert. Well I actually love it.It was full as it came out of the bag (I think the instructions were to let it sit for a day and then fluff it, which I did), but I added a bit more of the included foam to it. I only recently added the last of the extra foam, just because I like a pillow really juicy and wanted to see if I felt I needed or wanted it after using it for a while. It does "deform" to my leg use after a while, but what separates it from other pillows is that you can fluff and reshape it back up. The foam provides a lot of support, but isn't firm in the sense you can shape it to your curves and still feel supported. That's why I am buying one for my head now - that's what I feel like is hardest to get a great pillow for. However, I didn't know how much better a leg pillow could be! I've had this 11 months - I would be replacing a regular type firm pillow by now. It also stays cool. I have fibromyalgia, prior herniated disc neck surgeries and bulging discs in low back, and get hot flashes/night sweats sometimes if that helps you with conditions you might also find this pillow well suited for.
