Can this bracelet wear on right hand?

It could be worn in either hand but definitely in the right hand!!!

Fit well on 5.5 inch wrist? I do not like it so big it hangs around hand, prefer it to stay around wrist.

You can tighten the bracelet to the fit you like but I do have to say it does get loose with time

Can it turn you green?

No, it does not turn your skin green. I don’t wear it daily and when I wear it I don’t use lotions. You can always loosen it and remove it from your finger to wash your hands. The quality is very good not even sure it would turn me green if I wet it.
