Was so irritated with this prlduct. I don't like to shave myself completely bald, but I often had no choice. I'd use the protected trimmer head and a minute in, it would pop off and I'd have a bald patch. Ugg!!! So frustrating! I was forced to shave my entire neather-regions when all I wanted was a trim. Wish I could return it, but I think it's gross to use am intimate product like that and return it. Go use a double-sides Shick trimmer. A million times better and you actually get the result you want.

I purchased this product because I was continually cutting myself shaving my bikini area with a razor, regardless of how new my blade was, how long I bathed or what type of shave lotion I used. I now use this exclusively. It is not as close as a razor, but it is the next best thing which is good enough for me. The closeness of my shave is similar to a days growth after using a blade. I do not use the plastic shave guard that comes with this because it doesn't get close enough that way, but I have not experienced any issues with out it. A flat razor head is included, but it doesn't do much for me, so I don't use it.

Terrible, didn't work at all. Should have paid attention to the reviews; updated my review based on quick response from customer service in regards to issue with product, offered refund or replacement and I opted for the refund.

Have a short hairstyle, so I purchased this to clean up hair on neck in between haircuts. Hurt like hell. Didn't cut well. Caught on every hair. Can't imagine using this on my private area. Horrible!

I've only used it once so far but I like it and it seems gentle and effective compared to other trimmers I have used. It only has 2 heads and I feel a third would have been good, but it's great for the price.

The trimmer works great, small and able to get around edges and other hard to reach places in your business. The "razor" part is useless, it does lit work at ALL even on long arm hair or short leg hair I tried it all. Buy for the trimmer part not the other part.

Doesn't work well at all. Would have returned it, but my husband threw out the box, so I'm stuck with it.

This is a terrible bikini shaved it foes not perform it's intended purpose; shave hair. Do not buy this product.
