You shouldn't, oil pulling is not a real method to clean teeth, flossing and brushing are the best ways to clean teeth, putting food in your mouth, spitting it out, and going to bed is asking for bacteria to grow.

It is typical for the Coconut Oil to be liquid during the summer months. Coconut Oil normally solidifies at temperatures below 76 degrees Fahrenheit and liquefies at temperatures above 76 degrees Fahrenheit. However, this does not affect the potency of the oil.
