Do NOT waste your time and money!!! After charging it and turning it on, it was in Chinese. I tried to find some settings and it turned into a EtchASketch!!! A red and green one with white lines everywhere you touched it. It would NOT turn off! Returning it in the morning...what a huge disappointment.

I purchased this unocked tablet to travel internationally. Couldnt connect without 4G service. I was not able to use a tablet after installing a Sim card. I will be returning to the country on the 14th day of August can yoi possiby extend my return date? I'm not happy with this tablet..couldn't use it for purposes which was intended.

I purchased this on January 4, 2018 - 5 months later it froze up. I looked for the warranty info, unfortunately it does not appear anywhere.

I was waiting for my tablet to be deliver but when i like it but when I received it was dirty marks on the screen and the tablet itself was used loaded with pictures and one recorded video phone calls history and google play account set up already I bought as new not as used tablet I have to returne it and get refund

This tablet didn't perform as well as I had hoped by its description. It was pretty slow, had an extremely basic layout/settings menu., and was sort of clunky. It would be a great starter tablet, however...... The seller is very gracious and promptly refunded my account with no problems, once they received the item back from me (postage paid). I would definitely buy other items from this seller with no hesitation.
