You need a sense of humor putting it together!
I (female) am the one who grills all the time. I highly recommend the BILD 3D instructions. When my husband and I unpacked all the boxes it took us a bit to find some of them since they were packed in and under the main fire box. LOOK IN ALL PLACES for the labeled boxes. I don't know if it's a "guy thing" or not, but my husband wanted to assemble via pictures, whereas I like to read everything first and refer to pictures. We almost got divorced 3 times (LOL) putting this together because "someone" was in a rush (LOL again). Once we got the base put together the rest flowed pretty easily. I've owned Weber Genesis grills for several years. My last one I gave to my parents when I moved (and didn't want to haul the BBQ) and upgraded to a new one. That BBQ lasted at my parents house for 25 years! I suspect this new one will/should last until I can't get out there to grill any longer. I couldn't wait to grill my baby back ribs. The only thing I have to investigate further is the tank gauge. I always use one of those gauges you attach between the hose and the tank -- still did this on this new BBQ. When I put the tank on the gauge holder it didn't seem to move or make any difference -- hence I look at the screwed in one on the tank to assess the fuel level. Gauges are just that -- a gauge -- and usually "sort of" accurate. So far have made many meals on this grill and love it!

It is a Weber
Happy, happy, happy. It is over-built, solid as a rock and simply does what a grill should do. With disposable grease trays, searing and top rack, it woks like a charm. It was easier to assemble than the previous "big box store" unit we had before. I doubt I will ever need to, but I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Perfect!
Finally got my weber back. Found this on a sale and couldn't pass it up. Shipping was great till they delivered to the wrong address! Seller was quick with response and thankfully the person at the delivery address called me to let me know it was delivered to their address in error.Assembly wasn't hard, I didn't need the second person. Directions were clear and step by step. Things were heavy but don't struggle with lifting so that didn't get in my way or slow me down. Honestly, it was easy to complete as long as you take your time and follow the steps.Nice size and actually bigger than I expected!

Amazon assembly was great!
This is well-designed and beautifully functional grill that I'm still getting familiar with. I'll leave the detailed hardware review to others. My main comments have to do with Amazon's free on-site assembly. The guys who took care of it for me arrived on time, were neat and professional in manner, and removed all packing materials when they left, leaving me with a fully assembled, ready-to-go grill. It's a job I could have done myself, but it was a pleasure to save the time, avoid the headache, and leave the job in experienced hands. One side note: I sprang for the Weber Crafted frame kit and flat-top griddle to go with the grill, and I'm happy I did. Great for smash burgers, bacon, hash browns and other griddle foods.

Caution: It is 95% disassembled.
Not really a bad thing, though. It was incredibly packed into the carton, and there were at least 10 different boxes inside, each protecting a part. Took about 45 minutes to assemble, only a screwdriver was needed. Instructions were quite clear, and called out which box and part needed for every step. Everything fit together quite nicely, and the overall fit and finish is impressive. Really like the details, like the special sear zone/burner control, the 'gas gauge' for the propane tank, and handy storage hooks for the cooking surface. It has an impressive grease drain/collection system, large, clear thermometer, and extra large side tabletops. I've only cooked on it once, and got great results. The heat control is wide and precise. *Read the owner's manual* and you'll find out how to correctly cook with the grill, and learn what a 'spider screen' is for. I'll try and update this in a few months...
