Will the tickets be numbered from 1 to 8000?

My tickets each had a unique seven or eight digit number (I don't remember which, and I keep them in our service club's storage facility). They are consecutive within a color but they don't start at 0.

I emailed you yesterday regarding {choose color combo below} ((4) random colors). how do i choose the colors i want. please reply asap?
