Butler-Schein Omega Tri-V Supplement for Dogs Over 61 lbs, 60 Softgel Capsules, Pack of 2

My senior dog used to be on these during chemo pill treatments for tumors to counteract the dryness/extra shedding.Worked great. Once she was in the clear for that, I reduced from 2 pills to 1 pill a day. She's pit/bulldog mix and I really noticed the difference in her coat even pre- chemo pills. Now that she's a senior she's back up to 2 pills day because they also help with inflammation for joints.

This is a great product for our Labrador Retrievers. Helps with their coats and for one dog, really helps with itchy skin. Not to mention, the price is awesome compared to what our local veterinarian charges for the same exact product. Used for 1 year for dog. Didn’t notice any difference.

Both my lab and doberman are on this. I first got them from my vet. I love the fact that these are prepared for weight so you only have to give them 1 a day. However, this batch was stale. The gel outter capsule is hard. Good thing my lab doesn't care, but my doberman won't eat them. I have to cut the end off and squeeze the liquid on to her food.The Tri-V does great things for their coat and skin.

Glossy fur and itch relief make this product a must for any dog that suffers from skin allergies. Our dog tested positive for skin allergies to numerous common foods and plants. Overwhelmed by her constant scratching and hair loss , we removed all foods except fish( which she was not allergic to) and added these pills. Now she hardley scratches and her fur is absolutly beautiful.

I have purchased this product numerous times and never had a problem; however, my most recent order was not a good experience. I purchased a pack of 2 bottles. The capsules in both bottles were stuck together. I was able to pull apart the capsules in one bottle and only lost one capsule to breakage. The capsules in the other bottle are so stuck together that I have not even attempted to separate them. Perhaps this was a heat related issue? I live in the Sacramento area and the temperature has been quite high.

This product was recommended by a Veterinarian due to a slight elbow issue. He will 9 y/o in December. He looks/acts much younger than his age - even if he cannot (understandably) keep up with a 19 month old GSD puppy. (The human cannot keep up, either).

The first time I used this product it worked quite well for my dog. Unfortunately, the second bottle we tried resulted in excessive vomiting. It was to the point that she could not keep ANY food down for more than a few minutes at a time. I stopped using the product and she finally stopped puking everywhere. I'm think that the product itself is likely pretty good, based upon the fact that my vet sells it, but I don't know that this supplier is giving the best quality. Regardless, if your dog begins puking numerous time every single day, try cutting this out first.
