Of all of the flavors that Ideal shake comes in, Mint Chocolate is my favorite, with Mocha being a close second. Vanilla is good also; I like to add plain, no sugar Kool-Aid powder to change the flavor a little bit. Regular chocolate and chocolate cream pie are good, as is Cookies and cream. I tried the Salted Caramel just to change up the flavor from chocolate. It was drinkable, but will not be reordering it. Strawberry also is not going to be a re-order for me. This product was part of a diet routine I got from my doctor that helped me lose 36 pounds.

The taste of this is good, tastes good with water alone or use of almond milk. It belnds pretty good in a bottle, with some sticking at times. Overall, it somewhat keeps my hunger at bay for a hour or so, but wish it filled me up more.

The Mint is delicious! I’ve been doing these shakes for a month now, for both breakfast and lunch. The first week is the hardest but the results are there. I’m down 15lbs and feel so much better. This works and is not as expensive as some other meal replacements I’ve tried. I would recommend

Great flavor from the the mint chocolate shake. Had one for lunch at 12 today and it staved off my hunger until almost 5pm. Packaging could look a little cooler but it does the trick. Great with almond milk and a banana mixed in.

I spent some time looking for a meal replacement that I felt comfortable with. So far these guys haven't let me down. They taste great, I love the Mint Chocolate, don't care for the orange (not bad, but not great). I usually have a Special K meal bar for Breakfast and an Ideal Shake for lunch, and I'm good for the day! It does take some time to get used to the lifestyle of eating what you need instead of what you want but once you do, these are awesome!

Before I purchased this, I asked reviewers for taste comparison between Shakology and this. Not sure who the reviewers were, but there is no comparison. This tastes chalky and bland. Does not give you the energy Shakology does. Yes, a lot cheaper, but absolutely no comparison.

Got this shake awhile ago. Waiting to use it until we were done with our other shakes. This morning we went to open it and the powder was spilling out as we were opening it. Once the lid was off we realized that the container was damaged under the lid, the seal was open and product was exposed. I won’t be using this shake now, not knowing how long it’s been damaged and not sealed doesn’t seem safe to consume.

Tastes good! I was expecting it to taste like mint chocolate chip ice cream but it is way more chocolatey than minty. Other than that it's good! Not sure if the hunger blocker actually works but I have only tried it a few times and had it first thing in the morning with nothing else in my stomach.
