As I was opening my package I was praying that I wouldn't receive some flimsy sub-par Chinese rubbish but I was delighted by this well packaged and sturdy looking it. I just set it up round a tree in the garden and did a few exercises to test the strength (I'm 78kg) and so far, so great.A little exercise book comes with it. My only minor whinge is they could have had a few illustrations on setting it up round a tree or something else just to reassure customers that we are doing it correctly and not going to damage the product.Highly recommended

Not as thick as class leading TRX brand but it seems to do the Job adequately provided you install a suitable anchor point. I thought I could find anchor hardware from the likes of Wickes, Homebase and B&Q but to no avail. So I purchased through Amazon. Anchoring at the top of the door frame works too provided it's on the correct side of the door (if the door opens into the room you want to install on the outside).

The TRX set I have just got is high quality stuff! I loved the light weight and I can carry it with me anywhere I want. Strong and outstanding design! To whom wants HIIT/TRX training in their own house, this is a very good staff you want and give you the confidence of not breaking during the workout. Value for the money and you have the top quality product. Highly recommended!

I was surprised by the quality of the materials. For the price, I thought this would be a cheaper TRX copy with inferior build, but with the height I needed (as wanted to fix to the balcony above), however it is anything but. Metal fastenings, solid handles etc. are top notch.If you need a flexible TRX system, I cannot recommend it enough.

Bought during lockdown for home gym.Very impressed with build quality - extremely stable and balanced.Easy to set up and adjust for different angle / exercises.Half the price of a TRX system and perfectly adequate for home use.Good mid point between cheap China knock off and expensive TRX.

I bought this for lock down to encourage exercise at home. Really easy to set up. Straps are simple and quick to adjust. Really well made, reinforced stitching. I have mine attached to a secure fixing, but also can be thrown over a door ( great for a hotel room)

Upon hearing that gyms were due to be closed UK-wide, my personal trainer recommended this product to be - so that I can keep on top of my exercises and continue to build up my strength.I was sceptical, not believing that something this simple would offer much of a challenge... But, I was very wrong! I use this product 4 times per week (2 days upper body, 2 days lower body), and I have to admit that I still feel fully worked after my workouts! It comes with a helpful book which details how to do different exercises which is a great little aid.What's more is that you do not need acres of space to use it either, so even in my relatively small house it still works perfectly.I'd definitely recommend this to anybody looking to work out at home - and at a fraction of the price of a TRX, this is definitely great value for money!

I went to gym regularly before lock down, now have to do exercise at home, that is why I bought this bands, I thought the price was a bit expensive then I excepted, however，I don’t wanna buy something cheaper but less safety specially for strength training. I think I did the right thing, very good quality!
