The story of Stephanie Lee is a must read for anyone who knows anyone with cancer
I bought this cooy because of my interest in the Stephanie Lee story. Please continue to follow her story and this important issue. Very moving story and a must read for anyone who has ever known someone facing cancer. The medical community has to wake up. "First do no harm" certainly applies.... but there are many who feel the ultimate harm ccurs when the meducal community gives up and settles for short lengthening of life rather than boldly trying new approaches..... my own mother suffered and passed away as we listened to the medical professionals apply standard practices. Of course that almost always ends with the patient eventually losing the battle. This story is one of hope born through the willingness of complete strangers to think outside of the box and take very calculated risks based on solid principles of physics, mathematics, science, and biology....... definitely a most powerful story. Thanks.

Great Magazine
I've had subscriptions before to Esquire, and highly recommend it due to the great quality of the writing and photography.

Good magazine
I have always been a fan but did not like having hardcopy clutter. This online version solves that problem for me

Good magazine, clumsy and frustrating digital edition
I am a long time reader of Esquire magazine, it is a great diversion and often has very good stories on politics, sports, and social figures. However, the digital version, available on my kindle fire, is poorly designed and difficult to use. As a result, it makes reading the magazine much more challenging and detracts tremendously from the overall reading experience. It's a shame that Esquire couldn't follow the better and smarter model used by magazines like the New Yorker, SI, Wired, EW, and other publications. Instead, you have to flip through the pages to get to a story, double click to make the text larger, and cannot move easily throughout the magazine to change stories. Three stars solely for Esquire's content - if there was a question about the digital layout and my views on that - then it would be one star.

Don't be deterred by other posts. Very easy to read on Kindle!
The content is consistently great, as it has been for decades. The Kindle version is easy to navigate, with several page-view options. Agree it would be better if digital option and print version prices were merged like the Conde Nast publications are.

Don't subscribe on Kindle.
I "subscribed" via Amazon. The quotes are because, even though I subscribed at the middle of December, the only issue available on my kindle was November. New issues are not delivered, and the issue I have is buggy, and difficult to read. This will be the last subscription I make for the kindle. So, yes, this has really soured me on the Kindle, in general, as I was hoping to use it as more than a simple E reader, but that is all that it seems to do, and even then, I think the Barnes and Noble Nook looks better, and has better content.

Great Cover
I bought this issue for the Tom Hardy cover and feature article. I think he is a brilliant actor, and gorgeous to boot. I am a fan. I love everything he has done. See Locke if you have any doubts.
