Sharpen your Global knives with this two stage sharpener. It has a black and grey design and sharpening wheels made from whetstone to give your dull knives a sharp edge. There is a white wheel with a coarse grit that sharpens dull blades and a pink medium grit wheel for sharpening and polishing. A clear cover lets you see into the sharpener and protects you from the sharpening wheel while giving you sharp 18 degree edges. Using the sharpener is simple and easy. Fill the wheels' compartment with water so your blade is continuously washed while it's being sharpened. Then draw a knife seven or eight times through the coarse (white) wheel. Then draw your blade seven or eight times through the fine (pink) wheel to bring it back to life.
