Any solid mic stand. I even sometimes use a camera tripod when travelling since I am also a DOP . The mic may be detached from it's own stand and then re-connected to a mic stand with the appropriate adapter.

Is it good for interviews?

Yes it is really good. The front and back mic mode is very helpful in that matter.
