ICP 1005664 Furnace Burner Genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Part

Works ok, flame pattern is a little different. Might need to gring the ends a bit.

The burners were in good order. I went to install them and they needed to be modified just a bit. No big deal at all.

I did not know any better then and let my furnace's burners corroded badly. The result was that too much gas spewed out near the front of the burner and created too much heat in the heat exchanger where the limit switch located. During each heating cycle, the limit switch tripped multiple times.The new burners are OEM parts but did not mate well with the crosslighter bar right out of the box. Their horizontal flanges are a little too wide and the center/vertical portion is a little too high and it took me about an hour grind them down with dremel tool. Beside that everything fits and works as expected.

My old Heil forced air heating system is nearly 30 years old and the old burners had rusted and swelled open. Very poor flame pattern. These new burners were packed well and shipped right way. A direct replacement and should last as long as the old ones. Easily installed they have a great flame pattern and burning hot.
