Tight, driving rhythms and crisp guitar work. One of the great - yet unheralded - albums of it's day.
I have long had Fickle Heart on vinyl, and have always loved the sound of the band. There's something about a Paul Roberts composition that makes me sit down with headphones on, close my eyes and just...listen. The urgency of the beat on Driver's Seat is the best way to start this album, and hearing the keyboard and guitar work mesh together to create one of the great 'summer' songs, in my opinion. Spent many a warm evening with the windows down and roof open, stereo blasting the cassette copied from LP from start to finish while driving down the rural highways, way back in the day. Now I can enjoy the same aural pleasure from CD.Without getting long-winded, there's not a bad song on the album. Pour your favorite drink, sit back and hit play. You won't be sorry.

Arrived quickly and in great condition, very pleased with purchase. Only knew one song driver's seat but like the whole CD, excellent.🙂

LOVE IT
Driver's Seat is one of the top songs of all time and even though it's not about driving as the composer explained, I confess that I like to have this on while driving. The band and the back up singer(s) are awesome ...the whole CD is great!

A Throwback to the past !
A pleasure to listen to this album that takes me back to the past. Couple of really good songs but many that are unfortunately not distinctive.

Fantastic Recording Quality
This was a great record when it originally came out and is a great CD. Pick it up while you can get it. The recording quality is absolutely outstanding. If you like early to mid 80's rock, this is a must have in your collection.

Really only one good cut "Drivers Seat"!
Bought this CD for "Drivers Seat"....the only really decent cut on it. "Drivers Seat kicks ass so it was worth it!

Get behind the Driver's Seat with this good sound album. Mostly easy listening numbers with the fantastic main track.Recommended for fans.

Good music
Product arrived quickly, and in good shape. But the CD is in a cardboard holder, not a plastic case. And it does not have any form of a liner with the lyrics printed out, which I would have liked. It is great music, most people have heard "Driver's Seat" and love it. Other of my favorites are "Sing", "Carve Your Name on My Door"; and in the right sarcastic mood "The Thrill of it All", is perfect.I enjoy the dreamy quality of "This Side of the Blue Horizon"; "Slide Away"; and "Looking For You".It is just enjoyable music, and covers a few moods.
