I use it in the pan before I smoke some thighs. It gives it a much richer taste than just using butter. My thighs come out absolutely delicious when you pair this with the Butcher BBQ Bird Booser Chipotle injection. Then I top it with the Killer Hogs BBQ sauce. It's just like eating meat candy but better.

This stuff is great! In fact, I used it on my salmon which took it from "It is very good" to "Wow! This is the best you have ever made!" I use it on everything going into the smoker now. No more mustard for me!

this is a really great product that I use almost every time I am live fire cooking. It is a must have when wrapping my ribs with honey and brown sugar. I also have started using this when basting my steaks cooked on the grill. I recently caught my wife using this when stir frying vegetables.

I wish I'd found this product sooner! It's great for making poultry skin crispy when grilling and a nice touch to add to a steak just before pulling it off of the grill.
