Why does my hair get dry and frizzy after using the straightening brush?/It burns my hair.

It's because you set the temp too high or had too much repetition on the same strand of hair. If you are not sure about your right temp, we recommend starting with a low temp and gradually increase it to find the suitable setting for your hair type.

Can I use it on wet hair?

We suggest your hair be completely dry before styling. Using the straightening brush on wet hair/humid hair will compromise the styling results.
