Q: Does the mesh material stretch at least a little or is the waistband the only part that stretches?

I bought this 3-pack and the mesh material does stretch. The shorts are made in China and run a bit small. I wear a medium but with these shorts I could have taken a large. They fit just so I have to remember not to put them in the dryer after being washed.
