These fit me great and the 5mm just helps warm up the knees, provides a bit of protection for lifting and other workout movements.

This are amazing and work well. I got the right size and everything…buuut this is my first time using them and I’m literally in the gym right now wearing these/writing this and they ripped so not so durable. Gonna see if I can a replacement.
