It is a graduated cup holder to hold smaller and bigger bottles/cups. However, I have found it to not really be deep enough to trust tho gs not to tip over if they don’t have a lid.

Oh yes just push it down between the center console and passenger seat. It will fit in any vehicle. I just got home and was using mine. I love that it holds two extra cups plus my cell phone. Your going to love!
