These taste great and the texture is just right too.We used 50% lentil pasta and 50% whole wheat pasta (so as to have complete protein) and the mix worked just fine. The first time we did this we found that the lentil pasta needed a minute or so longer to cook than the wheat pasta, but other than that we had no problems. We'll definitely be buying this again and trying their other varieties as well.

We are trying to keep to a low carb diet.I should have checked on how many carbs are in this product. LOTS of carbs per serving! We cannot us it now.

This is very nice pasta. The elbows are a bit bigger than other Lentil or Garbanzo pastas I have been able to find. Makes a mean 4 Cheese Mac n Cheese for sure. Holds sauce well, cooks up quickly, and does not impart as much flavor to the dish as Garbanzo based pasta (by the way that is a plus and minus if you like the nutty Garbanzo flavor that those noodles impart)

These gluten-free noodles are unbelievable! They're very, very close to the taste & texture of wheat noodles. I've been wheat-free for 4 years & they're the best that I've ever had. They do clump faster after cooking than regular noodles. I really wish they had lentil spaghetti.

This pasta is amazing. Tastes just like regular pasta. I highly recommend it.
