This pasta is simply AMAZING!!! Perfect texture (if cooked according to directions). Delicious!!! And, healthy!Gluten Free. Vegan! Minimal processing- just red lentils and water.Perfect for a GF, healthy diet!I had given up pasta for years. So excited I can have it again.This is higher calorie, but so filling I can't eat a full serving. Packed with nutrients, protein & fiber.Thank you Bentilia for allowing this Italian to once again be able to enjoy YUMMY pasta!!

Overpriced and odd texture
I followed the directions exactly and pasta was underdone so I cooked for a longer time. It was rather bland in flavor, very dense in texture. Will not purchase again.

Grain free, 100% healthy red lentil.
Excellent product and very healthy. Love the fact that there's no flour at all. Gluten free and grain free. 100% red lentil, high fibre, high protein, very healthy. Just as good tasting as regular pasta.

Too costly but a good product
I'm glad I tried the product. I really liked the taste of the pasta by itself. It was very good with the cheese sauce that I made as well. Unfortunately the cost will keep me from buying again.
