yes the 14 quart is just not very tall

Does the 14 quart have a fill line? How much oil is used for frying?

Yes it has a fill line. Uses about 3 litres

Well, does it come with the pictured lid or not? Could the seller please let us know?

Purchased mine in July, 2019 and it came with a lid. The lid does not have a notch cut out as you will read in some reviews. At one point there was a picture showing the notch, but it looks like that has been removed.

Can this item be used on an induction burner or coils?

We purchased ours to be used on an open flame, we believe it would be fine on a coil type heat but I think we read somewhere that a cooking pot metal material must be a magnitized composition in order to be used on an induction burner.
