The only thing this product could use is some sort of instructions and even suggestions included. For example, an explanation of what order to assemble the poles. However, trial and error will get you through that, plus, for certain applications you may want to switch around where the foam grip goes. I still don't know what the two straps on the head are for.But that all being said, I can easily wash my cars with this and then mop the laundryroom floor with it. I love this product. Comes with two heads. They rinse out well in the sink or you can toss them in the wash and they come out great. It is very soft and won't scratch. The head is flexible, so it will contour to your car. Still, it is a soft head, it will not scrub off heavy soil, but your trying towel should pick up what the mophead misses. It also does a fantasitc job on the tile laundy floor, better than any mop I have used. But you can't wring it out as such like a floor mop, but it is worth a little extra figuring out for how well it cleans the floor.

Perfect tool for the short one that can’t reach the top of your vehicle! Microfiber cloths are thick and get the job done!! Great tool!

I purchased this mop for my husband in June 2022 for him to use on the sides of our RV. It has been so much easier than climbing up and down the ladder. The mop head is soft and cleans thoroughly and never scratches. The pole is still solid and just as easy to take apart as it was when we first got it. The mop has held up extremely well. However, even the best made items, will eventually wear out. We find ourselves in need of a replacement head but they are currently unavailable. I wasn't able to purchase additional mop heads when I originally ordered it either. It is a relatively inexpensive item so I will reorder. Maybe hubby can repurpose the pole.

great lightweight washing mop, has held up well washing house windows, car and rv's for several years. Recommended if you want a very light weight pole.

I love it! I use it to wash my van. And it makes the work easier.

The washing pads are soft. Have not used yet so cannot speak to the effectiveness or the ease in cleaning. The pole is VERY hard to put together; it took pliers and two people to push the button in and put pole pieces together. One person had to hold the pliers to keep the button down and the other pushed the pieces together (which was still not easy). The metal on the pole seems cheap. We will keep the product now that it is here but very unenthused about the quality.

The pole lets you get over the roof where you can’t reach and lower so you don’t have to bend low. The hand part being detachable is nice, just ineffective when you have to scrub hard to remove things like tree sap and dead bugs because the strap pops out easily. I will update this after I start waxing to see if it helps better.

Makes washing the car a breeze!

If you have a suv or bigger, this is a must have. I’m 6ft 4” and still found it a hard stretch to properly clean the top of my suv.This makes washing so! much easier. Heck, you can use this on the whole car, and not constantly be bending down.Nicely built, easy to use/remove and wash micro cloth.I regret not buying this years ago.Recommended.
