How difficulty is the bidet sprayer to install? Can I install the bidet by myself?

Absolutely proportional to your level of "handymanism". I'm a DIY guy and found it very easy to install (however I did a custom install to get warm water - I don't like cold water on my magic hole). I suggest you look for some youtube videos (better place than here to get info) on installing bidet sprayer and see what you think.

What is the guarantee of this item?

Guarantee is lol 😆 Made is China is no guarantee. Your are on your own. Mine lasted for about 3.5 years. But I had moved it 2 or 3 times.

Can you adjust between hot and cold water?

No. The water actually adjusts itself to the water in the pipe. At least mine does

Can I remove the bidet if I move to other apartment?

Yes. Disconnect the hose, remove the bidet. Reconnet the hose again.
