I receive these about an hour ago, delivered sooner than expected, and have already tried them out on two of my three large dogs. I have a great Pyrenees, a yellow lab, and a great Dane and these worked so well, I am ordering more right now! I can't comment on how long they will last although they seem very sturdy, the reason I am ordering more, is I want to make sure that I have enough of them before they either sell out or stop making them. They are very sharp and didn't make a loud clicking noise to startle the dogs. They didn't even realize I had done anything. Very smooth and very comfortable in my hands. When I first opened the package I thought they seemed small but I have extremely large breed dogs with large clause and these fit perfectly with extra room.

I do aussie rescue with New Spirit 4 Aussie Rescue and this is the first tool I've owned where I feel comfortable trimming the nails of dogs who have perhaps never had a nail trim. The handles are small enough for my small hands and the blades are really sharp and quick. Usually you have to bribe the dogs but I've found a few quick clips and some ear rubs and belly rubs work beautifully. Wish I'd had these clippers years ago.

I have always used this style of clippers like this to trim cat's nails. They allow the most control and cut quickly and quietly, so it is the least disturbing to the cat.I lost the pair I had so I ordered these. Order arrived promptly and carefully packaged. These are the same excellent quality I am used to and offer the same advantages as other quality brands I have owned.I recommend this for other people who trim their own cat's nails at home.

Used these for the first time today on my 60 lb. dog with black nails. I used a similar set in the Pet Supplies Plus brand and that pair was nowhere near sharp enough for my dog's nails and ended up really hurting him when I used the PSP set last. I absolutely loved this set. It has a guard so you can't cut the nails too short, and it cut through his thick nails extremely well. There was almost no reaction from my dog when I was cutting his nails because these were so quick and painless. I would absolutely purchase these again.

WAY too small for my dogs. I must have ordered the small size. I have Pitt Bull/Lab and Pitt Bull/Boxer mixes. They like it, but it's way too small. It fits in the palm of my hand.

I've only had them about a month but they have already paid for themselves. All other dog nail clippers I tried would break and would make a crunching sound when you cut a nail. But these dog nail cutters slice thru thier nails like butter and my dogs don't run away after the first nail is cut.

These work great for my 135 pound English Mastiff. I didn't realize that the reason he hated his nails trimmed, was because of the old clippers we had. They were tearing his nails and not cutting well. These are nice and sharp, easy to use.

These work so much better than my old clippers! I was a bit hesitant to pick this pair because they were more expensive but they were worth the money. I have two large 70 lb. mixed breed dogs and the blades were very sharp and easily clipped the tips of their nails without splintering them. It was less traumatic for them and quick and easy for me. The guide was nice to have as a reference but of course be sure to use your own judgement so you don't cut into the quick. Bonus: I will no longer pinch my own hand!

I bought these for my cats as a few of their nails had become thick and the regular little cat nail clippers were small and hard to use, plus were breaking their nails.These clippers are amazing! So sharp they just cut right through the nail easily. No more broken nails. They are easy for me to hold as well and make nail trimming so much easier on all of us. Highly recommended these clippers. I use them on all 3 of my cats and one has very tiny nails, these work great even for her.

The clippers are quiet and do not make a loud noise when you use them. The clippers can also lock when they are closed and have a nail guard. If you don't like to use a nail guard you can clip it off or rotate it.These make nail clipping faster because they are not afraid of the sound and they work very well.

Great product, sharp, easy to use and I really like the nail guide which control the amount of nail cut at one time. My Cocker spaniel has black nail and you cannot see where the quick finishes.
