Great Water fountain

Great product and excellent customer service. The filter that shipped with the unit was defective. The manufacturer replaced it for us quickly and it is working great. The water is cold and tastes great. The staff appreciates having it. We are using fewer plastic bottles and saving money. We will continue to specify this EWC for all our educational and commercial projects.

The product is nice and functions well. Since I installed it, I have some gripes about some of the design features.1. I'm a little surprised that I have to use 2 outlets for this. I would have thought the top unit could have plugged into the bottom unit2. Screw choices are wacky. Allens, torx, slotts - they're all in there. Enough to drive a guy nuts.3. The wire for the sensor was designed backwards - it's extremely difficult to feed the wire UP to the top unit - it should have gone down with the hose and electrical cord.4. The "gasket" between the upper and lower units is questionable - like is it really working, and how long will it last.5. Whoever wrote these instructions never installed one of these (and neither did the engineer that designed it) otherwise 1-4 might be better.6. Make sure when you're plumbing you make sure to clear for the filter - it's huge and takes a lot of space in there!

I’m a contractor. My fountain came without the entire upper half of the product, no water bottle station. Amazon told me to contact manufacturer, manufacturer told me it didn’t come with the water bottle station, the description clearly states it does and the instruction manual even had it included in the parts list.Now I’m behind schedule on a job and have to go through the hassle of a return.

Excellent! We replaced a unit with the same brand, it had been working for over a decade. That was the reason we chose Elkay. The upgrade looks amazing. I hope it works as well as the first one. Estamos contentos :). The delivery was days before was expected, with careful, and well packing.
