Sturdy but a little difficult to put together. It takes two.
We love this piece but not more than our four legged children. That was the purpose in buying it so they could sit next to us because we have more than our laps will hold.

Wicker storageIt looks like it is badly designed, we are having a very hard time to assemble. Whoever wants to order make sure it comes assembled.
