SET THE CLOCK:
1. Slide the switch on the bottom of the
timer to CLOCK SET.
2. Press “H” to set the hour (1-11 AM/PM or
24 hour mode). Press “M” to set
minutes. Press “> ⬛ ” to confirm.
3. Slide switch back to CLOCK or TIMER.
PROGRAM THE TIMER:
1. Slide the switch to TIMER.
2. Press “M” to set minutes and “S” to set
seconds. Press “> ⬛ ” to start the timer
countdown.
3. To pause, press “> ⬛ ”. Press again to
restart the countdown.
4. To reset, press “> ⬛ ” to pause then
press again and hold for 3 seconds.
5. The alarm will sound at 95 decibels,
silence it by pressing any button. The
alarm will reset to last programmed
time.
6. To count up: When the display is at 00:00
press “> ⬛ ” to begin timing and
“^TIMER”appears.
7. If the switch is set to CLOCK or CLOCK SET
and the time is up, the alarm will sound
and “TIMER DONE” will blink. Silence the
alarm by pressing any button. The count
up time will display when the switch is
moved to TIMER. Press “> ⬛ ” to recall
memory; press and hold for 3 seconds
to reset.
Note: A plastic strip is used to prevent
battery drain during shipping. Pull gently to
remove before use. There is also a cling
over the digital display, remove before use.

Question 2

I have partial hearing loss so i need a really, really loud timer.  also, i cannot hear high frequencies at all.  will this timer work for me?

As far as loudness goes, I believe it will be fine for you.  (See the review I wrote on 9/25/2019 ; I put lots of detail in my review. ) One of the main reasons I chose this timer in the first place, was because the product details state that it is 95 decibels, which is quite loud.  (I believe a leaf-blower is something like 85 db -  loud enough that it is suggested to wear ear-protection when using).  As I said in my review, it is deafingly-loud if you are standing near it when the timer goes off.  
As far as the frequency goes, I have know idea whether it would be considered a high frequency or not.   Good luck!  B.

What is the size

The size is approximately 3 1/4 inches in diameter. Large numerals, LOUD alarm. When you turn off the alarm it returns to the time you previously set and waits for a start. If you want a different time, you change it. Overall, an excellent timer.

Question 4

Can this be used to time how long I sleep? I sleep a lot like 16 hours or more a day. How long will it time things?

The timer will time up to 23 hours, 59 minutes so it can be programmed for 16 hours and will go off when time is up.
