My Favorite Cajun Seasoning
We have been buying and using this product for over 20 yrs, probably our favorite Cajun seasoning. Very versatile and so many uses. Adds a very nice flavor to Italian red sauces if you use a little bit and no one will be able to tell what it is. Be creative with it, you won't regret. The only con is it's a little pricey, but the 21oz size bottle last us at least 2 years.

i didn't know what i was missing
i love this in cold salad, and McKay's mock chicken seasoning. this is fantastic with sauteed mushrooms, soups, and incredible w/eggs! this has enough salt to season food overall. please sample it,

Use Joe’s Stuff in just about everything!
We buy the biggest size possible and you it almost daily! Great on meats and in vegetables. I really can’t tell that the Joe’s Hot Stuff is any hotter than the original.

Not the original, I bought in the French Quarter Market. This had less heat and was very salty.
