if possible I would rate this a -5!!!!! I'm completely awful product, when I grabbed the box I could already hear pieces...all but one cup was shattered

They were like rubber. You can’t bite or break them

It took months to get my shipment. I ordered them shortly after the episode on Shark Tank. When they arrived we opened 1 box to try them (we purchased 4 flavors). They were like rubber. You can’t bite or break them. I know most of the reviews state theirs arrived broken, but mine were like rubber. I tried licking it and the flavor was terrible.
