I can see a huge improvement in the way my fingernails grow faster and stronger since starting this supplement. The lower rating is for the strong taste. It is very bitter and sour taken by itself. To get past this I use a very small amount of warm water to first dissolve it in the bottom of a juice glass and add a squirt of liquid Stevia. I like to add a teaspoon each of ACV and Lemon juice with the Stevia and drink it quick! Seems like a lot of trouble, but there is not an easier way to get these benefits into your diet.

This company, B4B, went above and beyond to help me with my order when it was me who had made the mistake. You've got to love a company like that. I've been taking MSM for about 3 weeks now, and I'm amazed. My energy level has increased so much that I felt I needed to cut back on my dose of 3-4 teaspoons a day. Before I started on the MSM, I woke up stiff and in pain every morning. That's reduced by about 75%. I was unable to walk for two blocks without hip pain bad enough to send me home, reaching for the ibuprofin. Yesterday I walked six blocks without any pain. I had to lift two heavy objects day before yesterday and was sure I'd be in agony later on. My hip hurt a little that same evening. After that I was fine. Today it occurred to me that I was not in any pain from that lifting incident. I've had no arthritis pain in my neck and shoulder in three weeks. I'm amazed. My tendonitis-ridden hands are better.B4B's msm no longer tastes bitter enough to phase me. I don't know why, but it was bitter at first, but not that bad because it disappeared fast and left no aftertaste. Now I can put it in my mouth and there's very little bitter taste. Don't dilute it. Put a teaspoon of the crystals in your mouth and chase it down with water or something tasty.I was searching for answers and MSM is certainly one of them. When I first heard about MSM being the missing mineral in our diets, I went and looked through all of my many vitamin bottle labels. Not one of them listed MSM. We'll see as time goes on, but for now I'm happy with both the B4B company and their fine product. I doubt if anyone will be able to pry this stuff out of my hands for the rest of my life.

I was in a car accident 25 years ago, the car did a 180 going 55 mph, then flipped end over end backwards, then rolled sideways, leaving me w 12 broken discs, a severely pinched spinal chord(that wasn't relieved for 3 yrs), a brain injury & told I'd be confined to a wheel chair for the rest of my life. I've been an athlete my entire life and that was an unacceptable diagnosis from western medicine for me. Every day I went to the gym trying to keep fresh oxygen in all my muscles as I felt that was my only hope of regrowing nerve tissue(which historically is a 10 year process). My understudies was microbiology and chemistry. A lot of my career has been spent on research. I read years ago that they give MSM to race horses to strengthen & lubricate their cartilage, decrease inflammation, soreness and increase performance & it has analgesic properties. Additionally, their serum chemistry demonstrated significant drops in two crucial parameters: AST (aspartate aminotransferase) and CK (creatine kinase), tests that indicate metabolites from muscle damage. MSM is an excellent source of dietary sulfur, a mineral involved in the integrity of collagen, cartilage, nails, and hair, as well as joint fluid and many important enzymes. Medicinally, organic sulfur inhibits the proliferation of scar tissue and slows neurotransmitters, triggering muscle relaxation. My experience of this product is when everyone else is in pain around me due to changing weather, I am pain-free, as long as I drink enough water to let the MSM metabolize and do its job properly. My performance has also increased.

This is my third update concerning this product. MSM is a food product so receiving it a month prior to its expiration date is alarming. I did not receive a response from the vendor based on either my first or second inquiries. More alarming, I having seen either of the reveiws posted on Amazon as customer reviews to date. My initial review stated that I am 4'11" so I didn't believe the product would be consumed prior to 1 May 2019. At this time I'm certain it won't due to it's "weird" taste. I'm told all MSM has bitter taste so I felt I should compare it to another brand. The Miracle Products brand MSM's bitter taste is much lighter, more tolerable and seems overall fresher.

Great stuff! Skin and hair softer immediately. Feet and heels really softened up! More energy, more alert. Vision is better...and, I'm typing faster with less errors! Gut feels improved. My main purpose in buying it was to keep joints in good shape, but got some nice pluses I wasn't expecting so quickly. Have already told another friend about it, and she's bugging me for the link to purchase. Had her watch the Patrick McGean interview with Clive de Carle, and she was sold, as I was. I do the 1 t. in the a.m. and one in the evening. I get home late, but don't worry about it keeping me awake....it doesn't. Use a very small amount of water in a small oval bottomed glass and use your 1/2 t. (I do 2) to stir to get the crystals floating in water, then power down quickly in one gulp. A swish of water with a bit of Xylitol gets my mouth back to normal taste quickly. I thought the taste might be a deal breaker, but it is not. I will purchase again! :)12/16/19 I have purchased and many bags since my first one. I continue to recommend it, and many tell me they purchase it. Just got an email from someone yesterday saying THANKS for recommending it. She noticed her hair and skin were much improved and softer. :)
