It's ok.
I ordered this item the end of may. I received it June 1st. The cables were not included. I immediately emailed the company and they said the wanted some photos of the packaging and labels. Ok, no problem. I sent those in and they said they would send them out. They shipped them out on the 3rd of June. I finally got the cables yesterday June 15th. Got the system hooked up and was sadly frustrated that there were no instructions on the settings for motion recording, ie, which is the hardest to trigger it vs easiest or even how to delete the recorded footage. I'm still not happy with the one camera's setting. Then it becomes night and I'm very disappointed that my cameras only pick up about 20 feet out on the one side and my other camera ( The one whose motion is not recording right, doesn't even reach that far. I'm lucky if I'm getting 10 feet out of it.) The only reason they are getting a 3 star rating is because the picture is crystal clear during the day and pick up good deal out there once they are triggered. The company did send everything even though it took forever to get the cords. Overall though, it's an ok system for the money paid. It does it's job.
