It looks huge but the dimensions are 9x4x9.45. What gives?

Not big like they show in their ads The toy is ok. Most kids will play with any toy for a while. The advertisement when I was shopping makes it look very big which I liked. I always had “medium” size selected & the photo with the boy never changed. I feel it’s false advertising. Very disappointing since it was a birthday present...

I just received the construction vechicle box….looks like a cheap product for $35 …is it?

I got the construction vehicles with cartoon faces. They are small and cheap. The hauler quality is ok.

Will my 3-year-old kid play with this adventure toy? Is it difficult to operate?

It is not hard to operate but the pieces are very small. If he puts things in his mouth still I wouldn't get it. I was very disappointed with the size.

Can you purchase replacement parts? The bridge is broken and we’d like to replace it.

Unfortunately you cannot. We had ours broken too (bridge). I just used a super glue to stick tje broken bridge together.
