Do these fit under a pair of glasses?

Our child doesn't wear glasses, but I think it may fit... kind of a low profile... -s.

What are the dimensions of the patch itself? (The part that goes over the eye)

I am not actually sure about the dimensions. I purchased it for my blind chihuahua. Needless to say it did not fit him. I would fit a normal size human eye. The headband part is strechy and should fit anyone. It would be great for a Halloween costume. Aargh!
