Whole meal! Ingredients to taste.
Ingredients are super, nuts and selected dry fruits. Simply add hot milk or hot water, keep 3-4 minutes, ready to use. Good taste and nutritious. I am using from years, actually started from gulf, I am surprise when found in Amazon. A Swiss made product.Have a very healthy breakfast. Using from past 13 years.
