yes it works well but i find the length a tad too long for comfort

Q: Will the 3.5mm end of this accpet a 3.5mm trs jack from a lavilier mic? i'm trying to connect it to a min-xlr male socket. thanks.

It's female on both ends but it didn't output stereo sound for some reason. I was even using AKG headphones. I had the same thought in mind as you but I was very disappointed in the end result.
