Does it come with original Neca window box?

I got mine a few years ago and mine did. It also comes with a display hand as well. To make sure you get the box just buy it new.

are the finger joints stiff and/or hard to move?

I only removed the glove from the box once a little over a year ago. As for as I remember, the joint are a little stiff, but not hard to move. However, the joints along the knuckles only move from side to side. Also, the interior glove is a little on the smaller side. So, if you have big hands or long fingers, the range of motion will definitely be limited.

Is it exactly as the pictures shown? If so, this is exactly what I'm looking for.

Yes, pinky bracket is tight but overall very nice glove. Looks way better in person.

Do the blades come with protecters

The tips have foam taped to them. ..i think it's to protect the blades not the user because the blades aren't sharp or very pointed
