Very sleek looking and work wonderfully!

These are solid knives.I was a bit concerned originally about the black coating chipping off or something with use.But I have been using these in my kitchen for the last month or so and no chips or damage whatsoever.These knives are great if you want an all black look.

On a trip to Eureka Springs, I saw a beautiful pair of dinner knives that were handmade/smith in a shop. They weren't selling them individually, so I didn't buy them. This began my mission to purchase special dinner knives to work with avocado and cream cheese while I make sushi. I purchased these thinking they were made of titanium to sadly learn they are stainless steel coated with a color named titanium. But they are still good knives. I dropped one the second day owning them and sadly it dinged up the color right away. Also cream cheese sticks to the knife even when the knife is wet with water. This leads me to believe maybe it's a bit porous, but I don't really know. My search for a better knife continues
