Love, love this bag! Exceeded my expectations for such an economical bag! I'm adding more pictures today to show what it's capable of holding to help answer a question that I received yesterday. You will NOT be disappointed. It's a beautiful bag that is very feminine, unique, looks professional and I use it everyday for work. The long shoulder strap is very sturdy and comes in very handy when you're carrying other things.

When I received the bag, I was very pleased on the quality and look of the bag. I would have rated the bag higher if the following features change.1. Include pads or little legs to support and protect the bottom of the bag.2. The clasps on the front of the bag can be difficult to close; almost prefer a hook, snap, or simple clasps. When you're commuting, you don't have time to set the bag down, line both holes, then turn the clasp so it closes. Sometimes, I can't close the cover quickly and tend to struggle with it. So, I end up just closing the top and leaving the clasps alone. But once it's closed, it's fine.3. The front pocket is a perfect fit for a thin day planner, however, when you place the planner in that pocket, the weight shifts the bag forward. (That's a little annoying) So, the front pocket will be used to hold my keys and phone instead. But I'd be careful since the bag has a tendency to fall forward a little, your items may fall out; this pocket has no zipper as you can see in the photo.Other than that, I received 5 compliments within 10 minutes of receiving the bag. It is beautiful and once I get use the kinks, I think I'll be happy with it.

They very kindly offered to help me with my dissatisfaction and offered me a full refund of my purchase of this bag. Because of their prompt and excellent customer service, I've changed my review rating to a full 5-stars. I've left most of my original review below if you are interested (it getting too long otherwise).Even though this bag isn't a great fit for me, I'd still recommend that you consider products from ECOSUSI. It's evident to me that they pride themselves on excellent customer service. It's very spacious and can carry a lot of things. I love the color and the design of this bag. However, I only used it for about 3 weeks and haven't touched it since.The edges of the bag (the outside stitching) are stiff, and it kept rubbing against either my leg or side or somewhere. I didn't like getting small bruises as I walked around with my bag. Finally, the buckles that attach the front of the bag worked great, if you didn't put anything in the front pocket. If there's something in the front pocket that bulges out, the buckles become misaligned and you have to work a little more to thread the buckle through and lock it.It's not a bad bag. It's just not for me.

I SO wanted to love this bag. I looked at so many and I loved the style of this one and that it could convert from a backpack to a regular shoulder bag. The buckles and straps suck, the buckles hits right on your shoulders so it’s super uncomfortable. The strap lengths are odd and the price to hold them from flapping around slides off so it’s a constant battle. The clips on the side would get caught on the flap of the bag and ruin the flap and then the final straw was one of the front buckles that hold the flap down just tore off. Waste of money... barely lasted 3 months. DO NOT waste your money. Cheaply made and uncomfortable.

I love this bag! I was looking for a professional laptop bag for a business trip I was taking and this one was great. Pockets inside hold my business cards and pens, a large padded pocket held my (rather thick) 15" laptop, an extra pocket in front for files all contained by a zipper. There is even an exterior pocket - covered by the flap - for easy access to my phone, gum, etc. without having to unzip the large area.The strap is completely adjustable which is great because I am only 5' tall. The material seems durable and looks professional. I highly recommend this bag.
