How much water are you supposed to mix with this? It says Mix in one large water bottle..how many oz?

I've used it in my Camelbak for ultra training and races and in water bottles for runs under 3 hours. I think I read somewhere that you should mix half a pack with 8oz of water or a full pack with 16 oz, but I prefer it much more diluted. For context, I get sick from gatorade, etc given out at races, and this and ultima are the only sports drinks I have been able to tolerate when racing.
