i couldn't get it to work with plex - ended up choosing another hauppauge product

As far as I am aware, the Uno doesn't support a remote control, if you go to the Hauppauge web page, you can contact Support there to verify this.

Q: does this include v10 software

Yes, the download code included will allow you to download and install the WinTV 10.

Q: Why does your software instal this under libusb-win32 devices instead of under sound, video and game controllers, making it unusable as a tuner?

I have not yet got mine to work ...after 0ne year I can't answer your question
